Qigong Meditation Guide
A post-graduate in business administration, Kenna had been an entrepreneur for a good 15 years before she decided to get out of the rat race and pursue her calling in Buddhism. She did a 3-month silent retreat in Washington, USA and was associated with Nalanda Bodhi, Seattle and at the FPMT Center in Oregon for 2 years before she moved to India to be closer to her gurus and masters including The Dalai Lama, His Holiness the Karmapa, Ayang Rinpoche, Venerable Lobsang Namgyal and several others.
She is an expert on relationships, emotion management, self-healing and blends these aspects into all her teachings, specifically Qigong, which is meditation in movement, aimed to harmonize the mind, body and spirit for sustained health, wellness and healing.
Kenna has conducted Qigong meditation sessions in 10 cities across Mexico and has been highly acclaimed for her smooth soft voice and comfortable demeanor. She is a Reiki practitioner, a student of Energy & Tantra, and a deep explorer of how the mind works and how mind-streams pass between lives. She is married with an Indian and they live in New Delhi, India.
